Is there anything free for Steam players?
• Yes! Steam owners get complimentary custom player models & weapon skins
• VIP chat prefix (special color tag) at no extra cost
• All other players (non-Steam users) can still access the in-game weapon menu on round start
• Standard weapon skins available to everyone; premium skins unlock only for VIPs & Admins
What permissions do Admin and Head Admin have?
Admin:
• Slap
• Slay
• Gag
• Change nickname
• Immunity (cannot be slapped/slain by others)
• Ban players
• Admin-only chat (green text + admin prefix)
• amx_who
• amxmodmenu access
• Change players’ teams
• ESP menu
• Toggle admin prefix & chat color on/off
Head Admin:
• All Admin powers, plus:
• Kick command
• See player locations
• Super menu (advanced command access)
• Immunity can kick/slap/slay other immune admins

What happens if someone abuses admin powers?
We have zero tolerance for abuse of admin privileges. Any misuse such as unjustified kicks/bans or messing with configs will result in immediate removal of your admin rights.
Can my admin access be revoked?
Yes. Staff reserve the right to remove admin or head admin status at any time if community rules or our code of conduct are violated.
Is there any refund policy?
We do offer refunds upon request; however, if admin privileges are misused or abused, refunds will not be granted. Please choose carefully and use responsibly.
How do I get admin after payment?
After payment, send the receipt + your STEAM ID to our Discord ticket system. You will be added within 24 hours.
Can I upgrade from Admin to Head Admin?
Yes you only pay the difference! Contact staff after your new payment, and we’ll upgrade you immediately.
Where can I find my STEAM ID?
Join one of our CS 1.6 servers and type status in console. You’ll see your STEAM_0:… ID there.
